At Life Line Medical Devices W.L.L., we specialize in the professional delivery of medical equipment across the Kingdom of Bahrain and the GCC. Our team ensures that sensitive medical devices are handled with strict adherence to safety and transport regulations.
- Dispatch: Within 1-2 working days (Sunday – Thursday).
- Delivery: 1-2 working days from dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders above 40 BHD within Bahrain.
- International (GCC): 3-7 business days, subject to customs.
- Special Handling: Bulky equipment (Ventilators, Monitors) may require coordinated installation.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of medical supplies, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons. If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will arrange for a repair, replacement or refund.
Warranty: We facilitate manufacturer warranty claims for brands such as Resmed, CAIRE and Longfian.
Condition: Returned items must be unopened, unused and in the original sealed packaging.
Hygiene Seals: Items with broken hygiene or tamper-evident seals (e.g., CPAP masks, sterile disposables) are strictly non-returnable.
Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) are required.
Reporting Window: Damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
