Last updated: 06-06-2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Life Line Medical Devices W.L.L. (“Life Line Medical Devices W.L.L.”) fulfills orders placed through https://lifelinemedicaldevices.com/.
1. Delivery areas
We deliver across the Kingdom of Bahrain to all governorates. Delivery to other GCC countries may be available for B2B and institutional customers on request and is subject to a separate quotation, customs clearance and applicable export controls.
2. Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days of order confirmation, subject to product availability and successful payment authorisation. Working days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
3. Estimated delivery times
- Manama and surrounding areas: 1-2 working days from dispatch.
- Other governorates within Bahrain: 2-3 working days from dispatch.
- GCC (B2B only, by quotation): 3-7 working days, subject to customs clearance.
Estimated times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs procedures, public holidays or events beyond our control.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Free delivery is available for orders above 40 BHD. B2B and tender orders are governed by separate logistics terms agreed in writing.
5. Special handling
Certain products require special handling and may be subject to additional procedures or fees:
- Oxygen concentrators and equipment containing lithium-ion batteries are shipped in compliance with applicable transport regulations (UN 3091).
- Items requiring temperature control are dispatched with appropriate packaging and may have restricted delivery windows.
- Bulky equipment (for example, ICU ventilators, patient monitors) may require co-ordinated installation; arrangements will be confirmed in writing.
6. Order tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation message containing tracking information where available.
7. Delivery confirmation
Deliveries require an authorised signature on receipt. For institutional deliveries, the consignee must be authorised to accept goods on behalf of the organisation. Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery.
8. Failed or incorrect deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because no authorised recipient is available, our courier will attempt re-delivery in line with their standard procedures. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the order being returned to Life Line Medical Devices W.L.L.; redelivery in such cases may be subject to an additional charge.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. Life Line Medical Devices W.L.L. is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
9. Inspection at delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the outer packaging on delivery and to report any visible damage or missing items within 48 hours of receipt by emailing receptionlifeline@yahoo.com with photographs and the order reference.
10. Customs and import (outside Bahrain)
For deliveries outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes and clearance procedures applicable in the destination country, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a separate quotation.
