The Comfort Cough II is an advanced Mechanical In-Exsufflator (MI-E) designed to assist patients who are unable to clear secretions from their lungs on their own. It mimics a natural cough by rapidly shifting from positive to negative pressure, safely loosening and removing mucus to improve breathing and patient care.
How it Works
The machine quickly switches from blowing air into the lungs to sucking it out. This rapid pressure change creates a strong airflow that pulls trapped mucus upward. At the same time, the machine creates fast air vibrations (ranging from 10 to 780 pulses per minute) that shake stubborn mucus loose from the lung walls.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of medical supplies, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons. If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will arrange for a repair, replacement or refund.
Warranty: We facilitate manufacturer warranty claims for brands such as Resmed, CAIRE and Longfian.
Condition: Returned items must be unopened, unused and in the original sealed packaging.
Hygiene Seals: Items with broken hygiene or tamper-evident seals (e.g., CPAP masks, sterile disposables) are strictly non-returnable.
Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) are required.
