These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://lifelinemedicaldevices.com/ (the “Site”) and any sale of products or services by Life Line Medical Devices W.L.L. (“Life Line Medical Devices W.L.L.”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Life Line Medical Devices W.L.L. is a limited liability company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under Commercial Registration No. 76790-1. Our registered office is at Office 31, Building 408, Road 3207, Block 332, Manama / Buashirah, Kingdom of Bahrain. We are an authorised distributor for global medical device manufacturers including, without limitation, ResMed, CAIRE Inc., Longfian, Seoil, AMI Italia and other principals listed on the Site.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and where ordering on behalf of a healthcare organisation, are authorised to do so.

3. Account registration

Some features may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Product information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all content on the Site is error-free. Where an error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and, where applicable, to cancel an affected order with a full refund.

5. Pricing and taxes

Prices on the Site are quoted in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate in the Kingdom of Bahrain unless explicitly stated otherwise. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Pricing for tenders, hospital supply contracts and bulk orders is governed by separate quotations.

6. Orders and acceptance

An order placed via the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract of sale is formed only when Life Line Medical Devices W.L.L. issues an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of stock availability, regulatory restriction, suspected fraud or insufficient information.

7. Medical device disclaimer

Products supplied by Life Line Medical Devices W.L.L. are medical devices intended to be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s Instructions for Use (IFU). Certain products are restricted to use by, or under the supervision of, a qualified healthcare professional or upon a valid prescription. By placing an order for a restricted product, the customer warrants that they meet the applicable conditions for its supply. The information published on the Site is for general reference only and does not constitute medical advice.

8. Warranty

All products are supplied with the warranty offered by their respective manufacturer, on the terms set out in the manufacturer’s documentation. Life Line Medical Devices W.L.L. will reasonably assist customers in raising warranty claims with manufacturers but does not provide additional warranties beyond those granted by the manufacturer, except where required by mandatory law.

9. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site – including text, graphics, logos, images and software – is owned by Life Line Medical Devices W.L.L. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Brand names and trademarks of manufacturers (for example, ResMed, CAIRE) belong to their respective owners and are used by Life Line Medical Devices W.L.L. under authorised distributor arrangements.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or functionality, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Life Line Medical Devices W.L.L. ‘s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any product, order or use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim. Life Line Medical Devices W.L.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Bahrain law.

14. Force majeure

Life Line Medical Devices W.L.L. shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government action, customs delays, or transportation failures.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of an order shall apply to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
